RESA's executive team is based in
Adelaide and the Upper Spencer Gulf Region in South Australia.
CEO - Phil de Courcey, B.Comm, MBA
|
Phil has
considerable experience in commercial and financial management,
including development of businesses.
He has had executive and financial
responsibilities and has contributed to the leadership of a range
of organisations, where he operated in the development of skills
and capability of companies.
He has experience in finance,
marketing and project analysis and management. Phil was previously
the CEO of the Defence Teaming Centre (DTC).

Workforce
Development Manager - Kylie Furnell
|
Kylie joined RESA
in November 2010, she is the Workforce Development Manager based in
the Adelaide Office.
Kylie has a strong background in
Skills and Workforce Development having worked as Training
Coordinator and Project Manager. She has been successful in
developing and implementing collaborative models and proposals for
training.
Kylie has been instrumental in a
number of programs associated with Industry Attraction, Career
Promotion, labour market adjustment projects and workforce
planning.
Kylie holds a Diploma Project
Management and is currently undertaking tertiary education in the
field of Commercial Law.

Executive Manager - Renee
Preece
|
Renee Joined the
RESA team as the Regional Manager in June 2011.
A local from the Upper Spencer Gulf
(Port Augusta) she is passionate about the employment and
economic development opportunities that exist for local communities
related to the expansion of the resource sector.
Before joining the RESA team Renee
was working in the oil and gas industry in Papua New Guinea. Renee
was based in the land and community affairs department as part of
the stakeholder engagement team - working to support the
implementation of the project and provide awareness to the
communities in the project impact area.
Renee also brings to the team a
strong government background and skilling focus from her time with
the Department of Further Education Employment Science and
Technology (DFEEST) as the Regional Coordinator for South
Australia Works - Far North.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Social
Work.

Project Coordinator - Alice
Fargher
|
Alice started with
RESA in August 2011 as Project Officer, based in Port Augusta.
Alice has a solid knowledge of the
Mining and Resource sector in the far north region from her
previous role with Regional Development Australia Far North, as
Economic Development Manager for the Flinders Ranges and
Outback.
Alice joins the alliance with
Marketing, Public Relations and Events experience from her time at
Events South Australia (South Australian Tourism
Commission).
Alice holds a Bachelor Degree in
Sport and Recreation Management, Certificate IV in Frontline
Management, Private Pilot's Licence and is currently studying a
Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Project Coordinator - Sheree
Phillips-Graham
|
Sheree joined the RESA team in January 2012 as
Project Coordinator based in Adelaide.
Originally from Western Australia, Sheree brings to the RESA
team a strong background in Skills Development and Workplace
Learning.
Sheree has been instrumental in the development and management
of collaborative Department of Further Education, Employment,
Science and Technology (DFEEST)
Department of Education and Children's Services (DECS)
& Department of Education, Employment & Workplace relations
(DEEWR) up skilling programs for the Public, Private and
Resources sectors at a state and federal level. Sheree has actively
facilitated onsite Safety and Frontline Management training for the
Construction and Resources industries, as well as provided policy
development consultation to Micro and Small and Medium Enterprise's
in both a Regional and Metro capacity.
Sheree holds a Bachelor of Education along with Diploma's in
HRM, OHS & Management.

Regional Manager - Paula
Bennet
|
Paula joined the team at RESA in February 2012
as the Regional Manager, based in Port Augusta.
With over ten year's background working across regional
Australia, Paula brings a passion for the development and
strengthening of regional communities across South Australia, along
with strength in communications, public relations and
marketing. During her time in regional Australia, Paula has
experience at the Executive Manager level for not-for-profit
organisations, worked with small to medium enterprises and worked
within international wholesale markets within the travel
industry.
Paula holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, as well as a
Masters in Marketing and is currently undertaking her MBA.
