RESA's Work Readiness and Action Learning Initiative is a collaboration with the Global Centre for Work Applied Learning (GCWAL) to deliver the Graduate Work Readiness skills that empower new industry entrants to improve performance and team leaders to Facilitate Action Learning Teams . This initiative provides a resources industry subsidy for every program participant.
