Graduate Work Readiness Programme
The Global Centre for Work Applied Learning's Graduate Work Readiness Programme is a post-graduate program that supports participants to develop skills in the identified dimensions of work readiness.
Capability building will enhance work performance through critical reflection, structured feedback, guided reading and application of emerging skills to tasks undertaken in the workplace.
The programme is delivered online over four months, with dedicated facilitators, structured feedback to support supervisors and application of the action learning methodology.

Facilitating Action Learning Teams
The Global Centre for Work Applied Learning's Facilitating Action Learning Teams Programme is a post-graduate program. It provides team leaders, supervisors and managers with the capability to lead teams through the application of action learning in the delivery of work projects.
This programme is delivered online over five months with structured facilitation and individual guidance. Participants remain AT WORK and apply the learning to a REAL ACTION LEARNING PROJECT. This enables the learning to be directly INTEGRATED into the participant’s work activity with immediate effect.

Forward completed forms to info@resa.org.au to access the RESA Initiative discount.
RESA will forward the nomination and enrolment forms to GCWAL who will provide further information to the participants, the supervisor, and the company contact person.
